The Issinger Weiher is both one of the last lake biotopes of South Tyrol and a natural habitat for numerous animal and plant species which is why it is particularly interesting for biologists. The Issinger Weiher is a quiet oasis where you can hide from the summer heat. Furthermore it is also a paradise for little guests who can have fun on the water slide, with the fountain in the lake and on the small playground by the shore.
Every year this place is visited by locals and people coming from abroad, not only because of the lake but also because of its vicinity to the Kronaction high ropes course which should not be missed.
The restaurant near the Issinger Weiher is open all year round and also offers a rental service for beach umbrellas and chairs. The natural lake is open from mid June to mid August.
