The Valle di Tures and Aurina comprises the territory from Brunico to Casere at the head of the valley and is surrounded by more than 80 mountains of three thousand metres. Still today, handicrafts and tradition is of utmost importance to the inhabitants and are part of everyday life. By the way: also Hans Kammerlander, the famous Alpinist, comes from this valley.
The Vedrette di Ries nature park boasts several spots of natural beauty such as the Riva waterfalls. Castel Tures, mining museum Grainaio Cadipietra, Climatic Centre in Predoi, the choice is yours. What you absolutely don't have to miss is a tour in the mountains of the valley.
