Cave therapy, that is to say underground respiratory treatment, that is the formula of a mine in Predoi that is out of service. About 1,100 m inside the earth, a very special micro-climate prevails, that came out to be particularly beneficial for people with respiratory ailments. By the way, also for people free of complaints, it is a place of relaxation and recreation, deep inside the earth.
"I breathe" (Ich atme), this is the motto of the Climatic Gallery of Predoi. However, not only persons suffering from allergies or asthma should take this opportunity, but also people with other respiratory ailments such as hayfever. After a repeated stay in the gallery, a sustainable alleviation of symptom is to be expected. The gallery is located at the Show Mine of Predoi, one of South Tyrol's Mining Museums. Highly recommendable is also a stop in the Ignazstube tavern near-by.
