Prati

Prati is a hamlet of the municipality of Monguelfo Tesido at 1,248 m a.s.l. near Tesido. The small village only has 70 inhabitants and overlooks the entrance of the Val Casies from its northern slope.

A Kneipp route with installations favouring relaxation and wellbeing was set up near Prati. The village is directly connected to the Talblickweg, an itinerary that ends at the head of the Val Casies. Other wonderful hiking destinations in the surroundings are malga Maura and malga di Tesido.

Cross-country skiers can have fun on the cross-country ski tracks crossing the Val Casies, alpine skiers will enjoy the perfectly prepared ski slopes of the Plan de Corones skiing area, whereas sledders should not miss the sledge runs starting from malga Mudler.
