It is probably the most rustic valley in the Val Pusteria and offers a number of worthwhile hiking destinations in the middle of the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Nature Park: the Valli di Tures ed Aurina. These include leisurely hikes, such as those to the Riva Waterfalls, as well as more challenging ones, such as the tour to the Rifugio Vedrette di Ries or the Rifugio Brigata Tridentina mountain huts.
