Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival

This festival is already a real tradition in the valley. Every year in September, 8 mountain huts of the Valle di Casies valley celebrate the so-called “Gsieser Almhüttenfest” (Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival). This unique festival offers besides culinary delicacies also a gorgeous mountain backdrop, intact nature and plenty of fresh mountain air.

Only few ingredients are necessary. Good mood, fine weather, a hearty snack and traditional Alpine folk music make this festival unforgettable!

Come and enjoy a plate of polenta with goulash, cheese or speck dumplings or the sweet dishes like Krapfen and Tirtlan… simply delicious!
