Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival

The Val Casies Mountain Pasture Festival is one of the most important traditional festivals of the valley. Every year in September 8 mountain huts on the pastures of the valley take part in the "Gsieser Almhüttenfest". During the festival you can taste exquisite local dishes in a stunning natural landscape and breathe the fresh mountain air.

To have fun you only need to be in a good mood and have nice weather, a rich meal and traditional music.

Having arrived at the pasture you can enjoy delicious local dishes like "polenta and gulasch", cheese and speck dumplings and traditional desserts like Krapfen and "Tirtlan". Yummy!
