Vandoies di Sopra extends along the main road of the Val Pusteria only 1 km from the administrative centre of Vandoies di Sotto. The village with its about 500 inhabitants is characterised by the St. Nicholas church. We highly recommend a visit to the Loden museum. Here, you can discover everything about loden, a resistant textile made from wool which was used to produce clothes in former times. The facility also features an enclosure with goats and sheep. If you took your four-legged friend with you and would like to spend a day without him, you can leave him at the animal shelter in Vandoies di Sopra.
Undertake a hike to the waterfalls of Vandoies di Sopra or play football and tennis in the local sports zone. Foodies should definitely not miss the pizzeria and the restaurants, including the La Passion restaurant where guests taste delicious food in a traditional Stube from the 16th century.
