Cross-country skiing is a holistic winter sport that exercises the whole body, but mainly arms, shoulders, legs, abdominal and back muscles. It can be done by everybody, regardless of age, and also has a lot of other advantages … If you would like to try cross-country skiing for the first time, the Val Pusteria also offers lessons for beginners.
The Riva di Tures cross-country ski centre offers perfect cross-country skiing conditions on 15 km of both classic style and skate runs.
