Balloon Festival in Dobbiaco

The traditional "Dolomiti Balloonweek", a festival dedicated to hot air balloons, takes place every year in Dobbiaco in mid-January. The festival is inaugurated with illuminated hot air balloons - a true highlight! Discover the Val Pusteria from a bird's eye perspective.

On this occasion the entire village turns into a "hot air balloon village". Visitors can attend several sports and music events. Furthermore, they can taste delicious local dishes and beverages, while children engage in entertainment activities. The icing on the cake is undoubtedly a ride in a hot air balloon in the starred night sky, high above the rooftops of Val Pusteria.
