In 2024 there are 21 restaurants throughout South Tyrol that have been awarded Michelin stars. Three of them can be found in the Val Pusteria valley
The current Guide Michelin 2024 has also crowned three gourmet restaurants in the Val Pusteria valley.
The restaurant "Atelier Moessmer" in Brunico with top chef Norbert Niederkofler has been awarded three Michelin stars. Until last year, Niederkofler had received this award several times for his former restaurant "Sankt Hubertus" in San Cassiano.
Two more restaurants have been awarded one star each:
