Cascade Wellness Centre

Inaugurated in 2011, the Sports Center Cascade is a facility dedicated to wellbeing and fun. The building is easily recognisable thanks to its unique architecture. The centre includes five areas called Acqua, Natura, Sauna, Gusto e Relax. The Acqua area is composed of four indoor pools, including a sports pool and a baby pool, as well as two outdoor swimming pools.

The *swimming pond with dock and lawn in the Natura area is open during the summer months. Also the outdoor area of the sauna is part of the Nature area. Here you can immerse yourself into the stunning nature of the Val di Tures. The Sauna area known as Cascade by Sandgold is perfectly suitable for people looking for a place where to relax. Here you can find six saunas and infrared cabins and an outdoor sauna. Relax areas, an outdoor area with swimming pool and a hall with a Kneipp route are also available.

Pamper yourself in soothing scents and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the Relax area where you can recharge your batteries. And if your stomach is rumbling - don't worry! Quench your hunger at the bar or the pizzeria of the Gusto area where you can enjoy a savoury meal.

With the 2011 opened Cascade leisure centre, Campo Tures offers entertainment and wellness. The Cascade is a wellness facility for the whole family, which also attracts attention from an architectonic viewpoint. In the Cascade you can find five different areas, which are called Acqua, Natura, Sauna, Gusto and Relax. Acqua stands for the swimming pleasure in the Cascade with four indoor pools, two outdoor-pools and a natural bathing lake.

The Natura area, however, comprises the open in summertime, as well as an outdoor area with sauna, surrounded by the impressive natural landscape of the Val di Tures. The third area, Sauna, offers everything you need to relax: six saunas and thermal cabins, an outdoor sauna, relax lounges, an outdoor area with pool and a Kneipp hall.

Afterwards your body needs a bit of recreation. So the fourth area is your destination now, the Relax. Pleasant scents and a unique atmosphere give you new power. And finally the Gusto area. The panoramic restaurant Regenbogen, the bar and the nature bar at the bathing pond, offer regional cuisine to make your day in the Cascade Wellness Centre complete.
