Trip cancellation and insurance policy

TRAVEL INSURANCE COVID-19

Our hotel association has concluded an agreement with the Europäische Reiseversicherung, which we also recommend to our guests and in whose costs we contribute 50%. The costs will be reimbursed in the following cases:

- If you or a family member fall/s ill with Covid 19
- If you or a family member is/are in quarantine
- If you or a family member fall/s ill with Corona during your stay and has/have to leave early
- When Italy issues a travel warning for South Tyrol
- If you or a member of your family are/is ill independently of Corona.
- Low costs. For an amount of 1000 €, the travel insurance costs 50 €, of which we cover half of the costs, so the insurance costs you 25 €.

NON-BINDING BOOKING

You can book without obligation. This applies both to the guest and to us. 3 weeks before the start of your holiday we will ask you whether you want to make a binding booking, either with or without travel insurance.

If it is not possible to move between the various regions, the deposit is returned or can be used for another period.

In case of cancellations

For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
