In our hotel you can relax in our swimming pools and sauna world. We would also be pleased to pamper you with a massage or beauty treatment. COVID-19

Trip cancellation and insurance policy

In the event of an unforeseen cancellation of your stay, the following general cancellation conditions apply:

- For a cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, we charge a handling fee of €50.00.
- For cancellations between 30 and three days before arrival, we charge 50% of the total amount of the stay.
- In the event of cancellation at short notice (two days before arrival), late arrival, early departure, or no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

In the case of cancellation of your stay due to the corona pandemic (government-imposed quarantine, positive Covid-19 test, or border closure), you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
