The Speck Alto Adige Festival is a tribute to the traditional craft of South Tyrolean bacon production and presents one of the most typical culinary highlights of the region, namely the original South Tyrolean bacon in different ways. Here you can not only meet the best bacon producers of the region and taste their products, but also learn more about the history and production of bacon.
