Hike to the Forcella di Ciarnil 2349m, located on the border with Austria or the Villgraten Valley. Until the 1950s, the trail was considered a smugglers' path. Great views of the Val Casies Valley and Villgraten Valley mountains. Backpack provisions.

Difficulty: difficult. Time: 9.00 am.-3.00 pm. Walking time: in ascent via Tscharnietalm 2,5 hours. Altitude difference: 850m. Meeting point: 9.00 am. at the bus stop at the end of the valley in Val Casies Valley/S. Maddalena.

Costs: 10€ with Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido, 20€ without Guest Pass Val Casies Valley-Monguelfo-Tesido.
