Genuine milk and whey from the Alps. Located in the quaint village of Valles at an altitude of 1,200 m, Unteregger Farm produces fine goat’s cheese and natural cosmetics. It may sound like a strange combination, but the reason is quite simple. The farm is run by Manuel Zingerle, a farmer with an innovative mindset and a shed full of goats. He will explain the process to you and, of course, let you taste some of his products.
