Walking mindfully means attentively feeling the pebbles and roots beneath your feet, hearing the tweet of the water pipit, guessing what the scents emanating from the mountain vegetation are, pausing, breathing consciously and slowing down. When you reach the waterfall, take a moment to let the elemental power of water work its magic on you.
