Kneipp-für-mich® Aktivpark in Villabassa

The Kurpark in Villabassa is a recreational area where you can relax while trying the Kneipp path in the "Kneipp für mich®" Aktivpark. This holistic approach stimulates your circulation, favours relaxation and boosts your body and soul. The Kneipp path is composed of different installations, including a refreshing arm and face bath which helps improve the vascularization of the skin. If you want to take a face bath you only need to immerse your face into the cold water with your eyes open. The cold tubs covered with cobbles are perfect for a very refreshing walk known for stimulating the circulation. Another well-known activity is a barefoot walk on the dew in the nearby meadow.

The area is also complete with a barefoot path that stimulates the metabolism. The water in the drinking pavilion derives from the famous Pian di Maia spring which is particularly indicated for digestive disorders.
