A signature tasting. In the intimate setting of the Elfenberg winery, Roberto, the owner and the driving force behind the winemaking project, takes you on a journey through terroirs and flavours.
Tasting meets education: the Elfenberg project aims for absolute quality; a meticulous selection of plots and small vineyards gives rise to wines of remarkable prestige. Maturation at altitudes of over 1,200 metres, combined with the unique climate of the Val Badia mountains, is a distinctive feature that only Elfenberg can offer.
