The Val Pusteria has become a real cross-country paradise - hundreds of km of trails stretch across the entire valley. Some of them are sun-drenched and stretch at the bottom of the valley, others are more challenging, boast ascends and stretch in higher altitudes. However, there is something for every taste, from beginners to professional cross-country skiers. Natalie Santer has grown up with the trails in the Val Pusteria, her training in this valley made her successful. Also Ole Einar Bjoerndalen has succeeded in several competitions in this valley.
