Val Pusteria cycle path

On the biking trail of Val Pusteria the east of South Tyrol can be discovered on two wheels.

On its way from Rio di Pusteria to Lienz in Austria, a part of the biking trail of Val Pusteria runs on the biking trail near the river Drava.
This very beautiful biking trail along the river Rienza is particularly popular with families. It offers the very interesting combination train-bike: the varied landscape of the Val Pusteria can be discovered by cycling until a certain point of the trail and returning by train or vice versa.
If you prefer to discover some of the side valleys of the Val Pusteria, just cycle to Riva di Tures in the Valle Aurina or into the Valle Casies … there are plenty of different possibilities!

If you prefer not to take your own bicycle with you, there are many bike rentals in the villages of the Val di Pusteria, offering price reductions for children and special prices in combination with public transport tickets.
