Gustav Mahler Wild Animal Park

The Wild Animal Park in Dobbiaco is home to deer, roe deer, lynxes, raccoons and snowy owls.

The Gustav Mahler Wild Animal Park is worth to be visited in every season of the year. Its vast compound is home to roe deer, raccoons, lynxes and deer, as well as to mouflons, buzzards, pigs and pheasants.

A day spent in the Gustav Mahler Wild Animal Park is very exciting and informative not only for children but also for adults. The park was named after the famous composer Gustav Mahler, who spent his summer months enjoying the fresh summer air of the Dolomites in Carbonin Vecchia near Dobbiaco. His famous “composition house“, a small wooden hut, can also be visited in the park.
