The Residence is ideal for your holidays in the Pustertal, Percha (South Tyrol).
The house is on a slope in Percha and on the edge of a forest, with views of the entire valley and in direct contact with nature, with a view to the Kronplatz, which can easy reached from Olang (7.5 km), as well as from Brunico (8 km ) or San Vigilio in Marebbe (20 km).
For next winter season 2011/12 Kronplatz will be reached directly from Perca at 700 m from the Residence.
The structure was built in 1977 and expanded in 2000 and offers typical traditional holidays in the Pustertal.
Nearby is a large selection of restaurants, sports facilities, and a variety of hiking and climbing routes in the middle of nature. Snow and forests give the typical image of the Pustertal again.
Percha is at the centre of an area of primary interest for lovers of mountains, hiking and winter sports.
In the summer as well as in the winter, there are many activities that are to be taken.
In winter lovers of skiing, cross-country skiing (biathlon) and snowboard find their satisfaction in everything the valley offers: from the large ski area in the Dolomite Superski, Kronplatz, Hochpustertal, Speikboden, Gitschberg in Anterselva; locations of worldwide renown.
