The holiday area Plan de Corones comprises the municipalities Marebbe, Casies, Valdaora, Falzes, Perca, Rasun Anterselva, San Lorenzo, San Martino in Badia, Terento, Monguelfo Tesido and last but not least the city of Brunico, the main place of the valley.
Hardly could a holiday area be more diversified. Encounter culture in the MMM Ripa, Castel Welsperg and the Ethnographic Museum in Teodone, experience adventures in the high rope course Kronaction, chug along the mountain roads on your motorbike.. endless is the list of possibilties.
The nature parks Fanes-Senes-Braies and Vedrette di Ries-Aurina make you experience nature in this area, the Unesco World Heritage Site of the Dolomites is only a stone’s throw away. And the Plan de Corones? Always present. A walk along the river of Lake Anterselva, or you even prefer alpine tours? Go ahead. However, what you absolutely don’t have to miss is a walk or ride to the summit of the Plan de Corones, where at midday the Concordia bell resounds.
