The holiday region around the popular skiing area

The holiday area of Plan de Corones includes the localites of Brunico, Riscone, S. Vigilio in Marebbe, Valdaora, S. Lorenzo di Sebato, Valle di Casies, Rasun, Anterselva, Chienes, Falzes, Gais – Villa Ottone, Monguelfo and Tesido.
This area, located between 786 and 1650 m asl is of great scenic beauty. Also three of the seven nature parks in South Tyrol are situated within the holiday area of Plan de Corones, which are the Fanes-Senes-Braied nature park, the Puez-Odle nature park as well as the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina nature park with its majestic peaks! Take a guided tour and learn more about the fascinating flora and fauna.

In winter, however, Plan de Corones is one of the most popular and largest ski regions in South Tyrol. If features 32 ski lifts and about 105 km of groomed ski lifts. There is something for every taste... easy slopes for beginners as well as steep slopes for experts!

If you would like to spend a relaxed day, there are several museums you can visit, for example the folklore museum at Teodone or the artwork museum at Brunico.
